The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on May 29th, 2024 at 6:30pm.
Attendees are invited to attend in-person at

Active members for the 2023-2024 season are those adults that either:
- had a child playing at SCGHA
- were on staff with a SCGHA team
- were a SCGHA board member

Board Positions for vote
In order to provide our membership the ability to make informed voting decisions,
Board nominations will take place online from Wednesday, May 1st - Wednesday, May 15th.
Only active members are allowed to make nominations.
The nominees will be posted from May 20th until May 29th.
These nominees will be on the ballot for voting ONLY at the in-person event.
